Many new hires have already used Salesforce and are familiar with logging calls. After an in-depth needs assessment, the most effective training modality was a quick short video refresher on what to remember when logging calls.

This was my very first project with Synthesia. It was a quick Salesforce refresher to help customers who are logging calls into Salesforce.

This course was built to train service staff on the signs and warning of child sexual abuse. Because the organization deals with youth who have experienced sexual abuse, it is important to recognize the signs to keep children safe and properly report.
