As a former educator and continuous learner, I’ve always been intrigued by the psychology and science of how learners learn. Creativity and learner experience are equally important in building quality training courses, business materials, and websites.

  • Conduct a business analysis with clients to determine the goal of their website and drive traffic to social media platforms.

    Create, edit and publish business websites.

  • Ensure programs, guides, training materials, and e-learning modules are under compliance with business LMS.

  • Collaborate with SME’s and stakeholders to develop intentional accurate curriculum and use it to design appropriate training.

    Conduct a needs assessment and task analysis to determine business problems and solutions.

    Identify what the learner needs to be able to DO. Curriculum is built with backwards design to determine the learner outcomes.

Articulate Suite (Storyline & Rise)

Audience: New Firefighter Recruits

Authoring Tool: Articulate Rise 360

Purpose: To minimize accidents while using fire apparatus during shifts. Maintain safety of firefighters to ensure safe and quick arrival to emergency calls.

Developed curriculum, assessments and course from needs assessment. Worked closely with SME’s to gather accurate content.

Audience: Home Healthcare Workers

Authoring Tool: Articulate Rise

Purpose: Protect patient and nurse relationship by understanding individual trauma and applying trauma informed care principals to the daily routine of home health care workers. A comprehensive training on types of trauma and best practices to implement when taking care of patients.

Audience: Community Members responsible for reporting Suspected Child Abuse and Neglect

Authoring Tool: Articulate Storyline, Well Said Labs, PPT to Storyboard

Purpose: Inform community members about the state regulations and obligations of reporting suspected child abuse and neglect.

Audience: B2B Sales Training for new hires- Logging Salesforce calls

Authoring Tool: Synthesia

Many new hires have already used Salesforce and are familiar with logging calls. After an in-depth needs assessment, the most effective training modality was a quick short video refresher on what to remember when logging calls.

Audience: New Hire Telemarketers

Authoring Tool: PPT & Storyline (Built in PPT and then imported to SL)

Purpose: Train new hires in the Telemarketing Department to bring awareness regarding federal regulations when contacting new and existing Credit Union members. FDIC regulations were specific so all content was required to go through legal script standards and must be displayed verbatim. This training maximized telemarketing sales calls to members and non-members.

Audience: PLC Lead Teachers

Authoring Tool: Articulate Storyline

Purpose: Maximize time spent during PLC meetings in order to boost student achievement. Avoid wasting time on unnecessary discussion and topics.
